Educating about bravery Reshma Saujani gave a TED Talk titled "Teach girls bravery, not perfection," and she feels that females are afraid to take chances. Her speech is intended to raise awareness about how girls are taught perfection rather than fearlessness. She feels that because females are taught that perfection is vital, they will only undertake things they are confident in their ability to complete. There is a reason why women feel and act the way they do, and experts say it has little to do with nature and everything to do with how we have been raised.
